The branding in the app is different but those e-bike sites are also listed on the locations map on this site. So I think they are the same program. I’ve rented them a few times and they work well.
If you’re on the fence, definitely try the e-bikes! They recently added an option to get discounted rental if you’re income qualified. Take advantage if you can and rentals are like $1 !
