I’m thinking of Park&Pedaling through the winter but not quite sure how I should prepare. Obviously I will need warm clothing etc. but I was wondering if you guys have any other tips for winter cycling? Is there anything I should prepare on my bike? Thanks!

I would use a neck gator to cover up your face when it gets cold, also lobster gloves work very well.

check out bikeforums.net they have a whole section devoted to this. I did one winter and it was the most fun I ever had! yes, there is more prep and gear like clothing & studded tires but after the 1st year – you’ll have what you need for year #2 and beyond

I also would look into the possibility of getting a “fat tire” bike. They handle really well in snow.
